Hikmat Abdurahmanov is a co-founder and the CEO of TEAM University. His passion for entrepreneurship and education has been the driving force behind his career.
Hikmat graduated with distinction in International Economics from the University of World Economy & Diplomacy (UWED), earning his Bachelor's in 2001 and Master's in 2004. During his time at UWED, he served as a part-time assistant professor in management. Later, after establishing himself as a successful entrepreneur, he returned as a visiting faculty member, teaching Strategic Management to fourth-year students. Hikmat also frequently delivers lectures at various universities across the country.
He pursued a second Master's degree in International Business at the prestigious University of St Andrews in the UK (2006), which further sharpened his business acumen. This experience enabled him and his partners to successfully launch multiple ventures across industries such as business tourism, leasing, business development, and trade, including companies like HMPartners, GroundZero, TechnoPlaza, CLG Leasing, UzAutoLeasing, Uzbek-Chinese Trading House, IBT, GEN Uzbekistan, MediTech, Western Production Technologies, and Batiskaf Consulting.
Now, as the CEO of TEAM University, Hikmat aims to make a lasting impact on the higher education sector in Uzbekistan, leading the way for innovation and entrepreneurial education.

Anvar Irchaev is currently the founder of Orient Capital Management, chairman of the board of Universalbank, and a business analyst with expertise in the securities market, as well as in the development and analysis of strategic development.
Anvar has extensive experience in strategic consulting, investment banking, and asset management across international financial organizations, including in Germany and Russia. He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the Hamburg University of Economics and Politics.
Before founding Orient Capital Management, Anvar Irchaev gained significant experience in several prestigious roles:

• Head of Customer Relations and Marketing Department at Deutscher Investment Trust, Moscow (DIT).
• A member of the Equity Capital Markets Team at Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein (Frankfurt am Main), where he was involved in equity capital raising activities for corporate clients.
• Worked at McKinsey & Co., a leading international strategic consulting firm, providing analysis and development strategies for major European banking and insurance groups such as ING Group, Aegon, Credit Suisse, Allianz Group, and others.

Through these roles, Anvar Irchaev developed a deep understanding of financial markets and strategic business growth.

Muzaffar Kasimov is the Co-founder of HM Partners group of companies. He graduated from the University of World Economy and Diplomacy (2001), the Tashkent State Institute of Oriental Studies (2003), and Skolkovo Business School (2017), where he completed the Certificate of Business Practicum program.
Before launching his business career, Muzaffar worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and contributed to several UNDP projects focused on social development and poverty reduction.
Muzaffar is an experienced director with highly developed analytical skills and a strong capacity to create, plan, and implement business projects. He is a Certified Independent Director by AID of the Russian Federation. Muzaffar is a highly qualified professional with a proven track record in the import/export industry and finance, skilled in business planning, business development, international trade, and tourism.

Alisher Djabbarov is a Candidate of Medical Sciences and graduated with distinction from the Tashkent Medical Institute, specializing in otolaryngology. He completed a 2-year fellowship and a 3-year master’s degree at TMI. Since 1994, Alisher has been active in the pharmaceutical industry.
He began his career at the private company Pharmed, where he served as Head of International Affairs, and later worked for around 10 years as the Head of the office of the major pharmaceutical company TEVA (Israel), which ranks among the top 15 companies worldwide. Alisher also led the representative office of JB Chemical and Pharmaceutical Laboratories for 5 years, during which he traveled extensively and participated in numerous annual training programs.
Currently, Alisher is focused on his own company, Alinfarm, where he is driving pharmaceutical marketing and providing services to foreign partners. Alinfarm Medical is a wholesale pharmaceutical company with direct and reliable connections with major global brands, including Johnson & Johnson and Fresenius Kabi.

Maksud began his career in 1994 in the banking sector. He initially worked as Deputy Head of the Planning Office at JSCB Ipak Yuli (1994-1997), followed by his role as Director of the Treasury Department (1998-1999). Maksud then served as Chairman of the Board at PJSCB Business Bank (2000-2003) and later at JSCB Kapitalbank (2004-2011).
In 1999, Maksud worked as a Banking Advisor at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan. He then took on leadership roles in the private sector, including General Director of JV LLC Prime Ceramics (2011-2014), Advisor at LLC BIF CONSULTING (2015-2017), and General Director of LLC LIDER LIZING (2017-2019).
Additionally, Maksud served on the Supervisory Board of Kapitalbank JSCB (Chairman, 2011-2016) and Infinbank JSCB (Chairman, 2017-2019).

Umid Khakimov holds an EMBA diploma from the London Business School and has extensive experience in banking and finance.
Since October 18, 2021, he has served as the CEO of Asia Alliance Bank, a corporate commercial bank in Uzbekistan. Under his leadership, the bank has successfully established business relations with several leading global banks and companies.
Prior to his current role, from 2006 to 2011, he was the Deputy General Director at the subsidiary of ABN Amro / RBS Bank in Uzbekistan, where he primarily focused on the development of corporate business for international and global clients across various industries.

Arsen Dlyanchev is the founder and head of Unique Present Media Holding (up.uz), an innovative company in the Uzbek event industry, creating around 400 events annually. The holding specializes in event management, PR/GR, creative, design, video and sound production, and marketing. He is the Chairman of the National Association of Event Organizers of Uzbekistan.
Arsen is the founder of Event-school, Uzbekistan’s first school for event managers, and vPodarok.uz, a platform for unique gifts. He is also the co-founder of Colizei (design agency) and Change UP (branding agency).

Murat Makhkamov is the founder of IP LLC “FOM GROUP”, an eco-system in the pharmaceutical market. He graduated from the Tashkent Institute of Irrigation and Agricultural Mechanization Engineers and the Moscow Business School Skolkovo “Practicum-11”.
At 19, Murat became the head of a pharmacy chain. By 21, he opened his own pharmacy chain and distribution. At 25, he established a full pharmaceutical market chain, including manufacturing, representation, distribution, and pharmacies. In 2015, at 32, he and his team created an eco-system around the pharmaceutical market.
Today, FOM GROUP and the ArzonApteka project operate successfully in Uzbekistan and have expanded to the United Arab Emirates.

Laziz Adkhamov is the director of SAP Uzbekistan, founder of TOP-Contact, and co-founder of Bookcafe. He graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics and the Uzbek-Japanese Human Resources Development Center (RMP).
As the CEO of SAP Uzbekistan, Laziz helps clients reimagine their business by simplifying day-to-day operations through a comprehensive digital framework. His mission is to create new business models, processes, and work environments based on this structure.
