Digital Library Support/Customer Service Officer is be responsible for LMS MOODLE training sessions as well as organizing induction and training sessions for both students and academic staff members, provide feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the course modules creation and customer service functions, promote effective relationships between Library and the academic community, being the line manager of the staff assigned, managing the sustaining and smartening resources services, mentoring and supervising effective library and information literacy, university digital library development and participating in professional development activities as appropriate.
