Guzal Irgashova

Guzal Irgashova is an Academic at TEAM University. She received her MA TESL degree from Webster University in Tashkent in 2020. She obtained her Bachelor’s degree in English Philology from Uzbek State World Languages University, IELTE Department and her second major in Information Security from Uzbek State National University named after Mirzo Ulugbek, in 2011 and 2020 respectively. Guzal is an ITEC Scholarship Alumni and she has successfully completed a short term course named “Specialized Program on Design, development and Implementation of E-Learning courses” at CDAC (Center for Development of Advanced Computing), Noida, India. Additionally, she has worked as a head of Foreign Languages Department of Turin Lyceum for three years. Her research interests include assessment in ESOL, the role of technology in TEFL, online courses and their effectiveness, humanizing online courses, and ESOL Methods. Throughout her career Guzal has worked in secondary education management and administration as well as took part in various higher education projects organized by the Ministry if Tertiary Education, El-Yurt Umidi, and others
